以公共衞生精神救災 憑經驗做好規劃工作
每當發生天災人禍後，總有一群參與災害管理的人員，飛往當地統籌賑災物資及災後重建工作，陳以諾（Christabel）便是其中一位。作為世界宣明會亞太區域緊急救援事務專員，Christabel在完成中文大學公共衞生碩士課程後一直從事人道救授工作，不經不覺已是第七個年頭，她卻沒有一刻想過退下來，甚至申請了調任到巴布新畿內亞的前線工作，累績救援經驗及技巧。
